Ok, an update on my personal situation, I managed to retain my weight this week by varying my diet to intake a few more calories, whilst still watching what I eat relative to the cholesterol. Will have to keep this up for another 3 weeks before my next test, then decide on a plan for the next stage, either reducing the level more or making sure it stays down. Will make some detailed plans and tell you what I’m going to do when I know, if that makes sense.
