Hi and thanks for returning to my quick weight loss blog, I hope you're finding the information of value. If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free contact me using the email link at the bottom of the "About Bill Friend" page. Enjoy the latest post !
Hi everybody, I hope you’ve downloaded and read my diary about my background and experiences with completing the Clean 9 programme, what follows over the coming weeks is more insight into how I manage, or not as the case may be, in the further control of my weight, blood sugar and cholesterol level through healthier eating and the use of products from Forever Living. D Day is April 24th when I have to go for the crucial blood test to determine if my efforts have succeeded and my levels are back to normal.
Ok, back to the story. At the end of the diary, February 8th, you will remember I had achieved my first goal and was preparing for the next stage of further gradual weight loss, in preparation for the dreaded test. I decided to take a week off my plan, but still tried to eat sensibly, although I did try a few old favourites I had been denied by the Clean 9 programme and which would have to become in the future treats rather than staple diet.
Managed to get in some exercise and was quite surprised to find that I had retained my weight, not gaining anything at all. It’s difficult to describe it, but since about day 6 or 7 of the programme, I actually feel healthier. I don’t feel as tired as I was and as I pointed out in the diary, I now find myself running up the stairs without even thinking about it. Even did it in the town centre coming up from the underground car park. Haven’t done that for years and did get a strange look from one elderly lady ! All is looking good at the moment !
I will continue my story with another post next week, but as usual if you have any questions you can email me at the link below:
Bye for now……Bill

Congratulations with your successful weight loss programme, I had never heard of the cleanse 9 programme before now but I am definitely looking forward to reading more about it.
I am currently trying to lose 60lbs with juice dieting, so far in my first week I have lost 9lbs and 9.5 inches. I think people seriously underestimate just how beneficial a detox weight loss programme can be.
I agree, as well as helping with the weight loss, it makes you feel much healthier. If you have any questions about the Clean 9 come back to me
